Alpha Employment Service (AES) is a no-cost specialist employment service that assists job seekers on the Autism Spectrum or those with similar needs with employment preparation, job search, job placement and post placement support, in the open labour market. AES operates as part of the Disability Employment Network (DEN).  Alpha Autism in a partner in the development and delivery of the Software Testing Social Firm along with SoFA and Infoxchange.
